This registry does not grant legal rights, confirm eligibility, or establish whether a person has a qualifying disability or an eligible service animal.<\/p><p>Handlers are responsible for ensuring their service dog meets all applicable standards and behaves appropriately in public settings.<\/p><p>Registration is also not required for service dogs.
